Civil Suit belongs to son

The wrongful death civil suit filed against the Florida prison system,Pride and others for their culpable neligence that led to the brutal murder of Officer Donna Fitzgerald on June 25, 2008 belongs to her son Kyle Antonelli...not her brother Don or her sister Dana.

"Justice delayed....Justice denied!"

I was informed yesterday by the Attorney Generals Office that the appeals for Enoch Hall, the inmate that brutally murdered my daughter may take 10-15 years! My daughter did not have an appeal. Enoch Hall was found guilty of the brutal murder of Officer Fitzgerald by a jury 12-0. His life should have been taken the day after he was sentenced to death. This is an injustice to the family and an injustice to "Justice!"

The mediation meeting.

The mediation meeting held on January 26th did not reach a resolution. The DOC, PRIDE and others continue to deny everything for Officer Donna Fitzgerald.
