Officer Donna Fitzgerald EOW
Officer Fitzgerald was a thirteen year veteran correctional officer employed with TOMOKA C.I., Daytona Beach, Florida. On June 25, 2008 Officer Fitzgerald was brutally murdered by Enoch Hall, a TOMOKA DOC inmate and a PRIDE "requested" welder for the PRIDE prison work program. Hall did not qualify for the PRIDE prison work program.
Enoch Hall was given the opportunity AND time to brutally murder Officer
Donna Fitzgerald through the "culpable negligence" of both the TOMOKA C.I.
and the PRIDE prison work program.
